H. Camp Twin Lakes - http://www.camptwinlakes.org/
Camp Twin Lakes has programs year-round at its three overnight campsites, as well as in children's hospitals and at other
locations throughout Georgia for day camp programs. Through collaboration with our Camp Partners, we make camp possible
for thousands of kids with various illnesses, disabilities and life challenges including asthma, spina bifida, cancer, HIV, muscular
dystrophy, diabetes, brain injuries, hemophilia, Tourette syndrome, autism, arthritis, visual impairments,
developmental disabilities, sickle cell disease, celiac disease, Crohn's and colitis, as well as kids in foster care, transplant
recipients and kids who have lost a loved one- just to name a few!
Campers Ages: Camp Twin Lakes services many different ages. However, it varies by Camp Partner, but typical camper age is 8-16. We do have Partners who serve kids as young as age 4 and as old as age 21. We also work with Partners who
have programs for adults, siblings, and families.
Cost:: That’s up to our Camp Partners! For the most part, no. However, it does vary. Some of our Partners do charge for their
camp programs; some provide camp programs free of charge; others just ask families to pay a small deposit to reserve their
child’s space at camp.
